1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DailyBond (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.

2. Description of Service

DailyBond is an AI-powered parenting companion that provides personalised daily suggestions to help parents build emotional connection with their children. The Service includes:

• A free web tool for generating personalised suggestions
• A premium subscription with saved profiles, history, and weekly insights

3. Not Professional Advice

DailyBond is not a substitute for professional parenting, psychological, or medical advice. The suggestions provided are generated by artificial intelligence for informational and inspirational purposes only. If you are concerned about your child's mental health, behaviour, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. DailyBond accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from acting on suggestions provided by the Service.

4. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full access to premium features. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe.

6. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($49/year). All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Account Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment by emailing support@dailybond.app. Refunds are processed manually through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Price changes: We will give 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DailyBond to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Create accounts for any purpose other than personal parenting use
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in any way that could harm children or families
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DailyBond — including the software, design, prompts, and generated suggestions — is owned by or licensed to DailyBond. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your personal data and child profiles remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content

Suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to ensure quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect, irrelevant, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for using your own judgement when acting on any suggestion. Please use the feedback feature to report any suggestion that seems inappropriate.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of DailyBond is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

By ticking the marketing consent checkbox during signup, you agree to receive promotional emails from DailyBond. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyBond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
